The Manual by Feellow.

A podcast to better understand what we feel, and why. The first episode is on its way. No exact date yet. No newsletter to sign up for. We'd rather take the time to make something right.

The format.

Twenty to thirty minutes, one topic. We take time to lay out the situation, explore what scientific psychology says about it, and come back to what it changes for you. No fluff, no harsh cuts, no coaching tone.

Three editorial pillars.

Experience first, theory second

Each episode starts from a lived situation (evening rumination, performance anxiety, mental fatigue) before turning to what scientific psychology says about it. No dry abstraction.

Simplify without oversimplifying

We name the concepts (self-verification, cognitive defusion, ecological momentary assessment) but make them readable. Sources are cited, verifiable, and never impose a clinical reading of everyday life.

Give practitioners a voice

Psychologists, psychotherapists, and researchers step in when they have something precise to say. No guests who skim the surface. No promotion. No moral lesson.

A few topics from the first season.

The list isn't set in stone, but it gives the tone. If a topic resonates, keep an eye on the app, we'll let you know when it drops.

  • Why your brain invents the worst scenarios at 3 am.
  • What memory does to your emotions a week after you lived them.
  • The cognitive biases that make you overestimate others' judgments of you.
  • How the therapeutic alliance is built, and what it really changes.
  • What a psychological disorder is, and what it isn't.
