These terms govern the use of the feellow.app website, the public showcase for the Feellow mobile application. They do not cover use of the application itself, which is governed by separate terms accessible within the app.
Site access
Access to the site is free of charge. No account creation is required.
Intellectual property
All content (text, illustrations, logos, code) is protected by copyright. Any reproduction without prior consent is prohibited.
Nature of Feellow
Feellow is a self-observation tool used between sessions with a mental health professional, never in place of one. Feellow is not a medical device and makes no diagnosis.
Modifications
These terms may be updated. The last updated date appears at the top of this page.
Applicable law
French law. Competent jurisdiction: courts within the jurisdiction of the registered office.
