Know yourself by heart.

Feellow helps you understand what you feel, and why. Between sessions with your therapist, or simply to know yourself better.

Public launch in autumn 2026. Right now, private beta on invitation.

Do you know what you're feeling?

Really, right now?

Not a hunch. Not a guess. Feellow captures your emotions in the moment, using science-validated protocols, to reveal what's really going on inside you.

Act II

One gesture, ten seconds. The first trace.

A voice check-in, a dot on a grid, or a quiz when you feel like it. No score, no judgment. Just a moment captured, true to what you feel.

Tell me about your day

Act III

After a few weeks, these are no longer isolated moods. It's a landscape.

And that landscape, you start to inhabit it. Your monthly Manual takes shape, articles guide you, weekly narratives illuminate your patterns. Month after month, you learn to know yourself.

Act IV

And suddenly, connections appear. Patterns you had never noticed.

Sleep and mood. Sunday evening and anxiety. Exercise and energy. Feellow surfaces the correlations that are yours. Not an average, not a benchmark.

Act V

Here is what you can learn about yourself in six months.

YourbestMondays?TheyalwayscomeafteraFridaywithfriendsandaSaturdayofsport.

Your Manual is built each month from your data. Only you have access to it. Feellow is not therapy, it's a tool to know yourself better, between your sessions with a professional.

Who it's for

Two ways to use Feellow.

Whether you're seeing a therapist or just curious about yourself. Feellow adapts to what you're looking for. No imposed journey.

Alongside your sessions

So your therapist understands what happens between two appointments.

One session a week is less than one percent of your life. The rest, you live alone. Feellow helps you put words on what you feel day by day, and bring to your session real material instead of a memory reconstructed after the fact. And you choose what you share, editable anytime.

The therapeutic alliance is the primary predictor of outcomes in psychotherapy. Structured tracking between sessions strengthens it measurably.

Out of curiosity, no therapist needed

To get to know yourself, even when everything's fine.

You don't need to be in a bad place to use Feellow. Self-awareness isn't reserved for moments of crisis. It's a skill that builds over time, and helps you understand what carries you and what holds you back. Feellow can be your first step into psychology, at your own pace.

No diagnosis, no score. Just observations that belong to you, and a Manual that grows month after month.

Method

An approach grounded in research.

Feellow doesn't reinvent psychology. We put it to work with care, and document our choices. Every mechanism in the app is backed by peer-reviewed research you can find and critique.

Valence and activation

A two-dimensional representation of emotional state, more accurate than fixed emotion lists. A method validated by psychology research since the 1980s.

Ecological momentary assessment

Measuring what you experience at the moment you experience it, in your natural environment. Short, frequent check-ins correct three recall biases documented in cognitive psychology.

Idiographic method

We don't compare your data to a cohort or a benchmark. We look for what's true for you, week after week. Your patterns belong to you and resemble no one else.

FAQ

Questions we get asked often.

Do I need to be seeing a therapist to use Feellow?+

No. Feellow can support you between sessions with a professional, but you can also use it simply out of curiosity, to know yourself better. You don't need to be struggling to want to understand how you work.

Does Feellow replace psychotherapy?+

No, never. Feellow is a self-observation tool, not a therapist. If you're going through a difficult time, talk to a mental health professional. Feellow is not a medical device.

How is your Manual built?+

Each month, from the check-ins you've entered in the app. A generative engine rephrases your own data and turns what you lived into a narrative, without diagnosing or advising you. You can validate or reject each hypothesis. Only you have access to your Manual.

Is my data private?+

Yes. Everything is stored on European HDS-certified servers. You alone decide what you share with your therapist, and you can delete your data at any time.

Is my data used to train models?+

No, never. Your data does not leave the Feellow infrastructure and is not used to train third-party models. It is used solely to build your own Manual.

How long does it take to see patterns emerge?+

A few weeks, generally. The more moments you capture, the more correlations emerge. You'll see your first weekly narratives after two to three weeks of regular use.

Do I need to pay to use Feellow?+

The essentials stay free, forever: unlimited check-ins, a four-level emotional vocabulary, session calendar, connection to your therapist, basic PDF report. Premium access is 3.99 per month or 39.99 per year. It unlocks MiroirActif, Compounded Self-Insights, the monthly Self-Narrative, science articles, and cross-insights. You can cancel anytime, without friction.

What platforms is Feellow available on?+

iOS and Android, in beta access. No web version for now.
